Welcome to The Greens, our award-winning 55 & Better Lifestyle Community! Mature adults have spent a lifetime caring for others. Their later years should be a time to indulge themselves and fully enjoy life, "to do their own thing." That's why we have created a very special place within Pelican Point called The Greens. Although, exclusively for those of age 55 and over, this is not a retirement community - It's a vibrant, friendly community for those who want to stay active, and involved with those around them.
