Building Inspector: Sid Kornegay is our professional home building inspector whose main job is to ensure that the homes are completely inspected and that anything that needs to be fixed by our builders is done so before the final walkthrough. Sid is an engineer and a former "certified" home building inspector.

Draftsman: Acadian Builders has full-time draftsmen on hand to develop and customize your home plans.

Service Home Warranty Department: Thomas Black, our customer service manager, ensures that the customer is always happy even after the building process is complete. After your home is completed you will receive a warranty manual that explains all warranty items for your new home and how to be proactive in the upkeep of your new home.
