Ralph's Market, adjacent to Main St., is NOW OPEN! Voted #1 in Ascension Parish for fresh meat and King Cakes during Mardi Gras, Ralph's will have a full service deli serving hot meals, a bakery, and a floral department for fresh cut flowers and plants.

Pelican Point Commerce Center, a 32 acre office/warehouse space at the intersection of Hwy. 44 and I-10 (1.5 miles) is currently under construction and scheduled to open late 2008. In future development, plans are for a second 20,000 sq. ft. office center along Hwy. 44 just down from Ralph's Supermarket.
